Shipping policy

CuddleCat currently ships to the United States and Canada. Some products may be available only for delivery within the United States because of logistics restrictions. Product availability and the final shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping methods

We currently offer standard shipping only. Express shipping, local delivery, and local pickup are not available.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is $5.99 for eligible orders under $59. Eligible orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The shipping rate and eligibility shown at checkout are final.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery currently ranges from 3–23 business days, depending on the product and destination. The specific estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation takes priority.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. You can also sign in to your account to view your order. If tracking has not updated for several business days, email cuddlecat247@gmail.com with your order number.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to request an address change or cancellation, email cuddlecat247@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
