Choosing the right product depends on your cat’s age, personality, and daily habits. For example, active cats often enjoy interactive toys and multi-level cat trees, while senior or calmer cats may prefer smaller cat trees or massage accessories. Cats with specific health needs may benefit from products such as smart water fountains or self-cleaning litter boxes.

Are your products suitable for kittens or senior cats?
Most of our products are designed with cats of different ages in mind. For example, some cat trees feature lower entry points to make them easier for kittens and senior cats to access, and our water fountains use quiet pumps that are friendly for sensitive cats. Please check each product’s specifications for details such as recommended weight and size.

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Some products may only be available for delivery within the United States due to logistics restrictions. We plan to expand to more countries in the future.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be available on your order page.

How can I track my order?
You can log in to your account and go to “My Orders” to view your order details and tracking status.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return or exchange within this period. The product must remain unused, with all accessories included and the original packaging intact. Original shipping fees may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a product defect.

To request a return or exchange, please submit a request through your order page and include the reason for the return. Once the returned item is received by our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within two business days.

What items are not eligible for returns or exchanges?
Items may not be eligible for return or exchange in the following situations:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or modified (unless there is a verified quality issue).

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as cat clothing or filters once opened or used, unless there is a serious quality defect.

  • Orders submitted for return after the 15-day return window.

  • Damage caused by improper use, human error, or normal wear and tear.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Cuddlecat247@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged area, and photos of the outer packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or return as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 1 to 10 business days after the warehouse receives the returned product.

How do I introduce a new product to my cat?
Introducing a new product to your cat may take time. Place the new item in an area where your cat usually spends time. You can also add familiar objects such as a blanket or toy to help your cat feel comfortable. Reward your cat with treats when they approach or interact with the new product. Each cat adapts at their own pace, so patience is important. For products such as automatic litter boxes, you may temporarily keep the old litter box nearby while your cat adjusts.
